I'm Ann and I love designing and building web sites. I have 3 web sites with SBI and this site.

I decided to take the challenge and go for my webmaster's certification last year.

It's been a lot of fun and in December, 2007, I became a certified webmaster. So there isn't any confusion, I'm not an SBI certified webmaster.

I took the required courses (10 courses) and then took my exam at a proctored location. I am certified through a webmaster school.

Ann has been such a tremendous help. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and helpful she has been! I had so many problems and questions about using the template, but she patiently worked with me to see me through. Even though I must have filled up her email inbox, she never complained and always responded promptly. I felt like giving up so many times, but Ann's consistent help and encouragement made such a difference. She helped make my ideas for the redesigned logo and site as a whole come to life, and with such a more professional look than I could ever have done on my own. She has been great about making sure I know what to do to continue making the change-over for my site, too.
